Investment Criteria Generally, Mosaic pursues acquisitions of businesses with revenue between $5 million and $50 million. In addition, potential acquisitions must have a track record of, or the ability to generate annual, stable cash flow of at least $1,500,000. Mosaic is industry agnostic. We invest in businesses in multiple industries that meet our criteria.
Acquired businesses operate autonomously and maintain their individual business identities and, accordingly, acquired businesses must have high quality management personnel. Operational decisions remain with incumbent management, however, Mosaic provides additional managerial support through its experience in strategy development, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, assistance with planning and analysis, and focus on operational and financial discipline.
