We only collect such personal information as is strictly necessary for the purposes outlined in Section 4. We collect personal information: (1) when you contact us; (2) when you sign subscription agreements.

As part of our business operations, we hold and use certain personal information pertaining to you in order to process your requests and to inform you of opportunities we think will be of interest to you. Specifically, we may use personal information for the following purposes:

(a) Provision of services to you in accordance with your Subscription Agreement;
(b) Any necessary securities/tax or other regulatory filings;
(c) Distribution of funds and certificates;
(d) Distribution of materials regarding current and new investment opportunities;
(e) To provide information to third party contractors in accordance with Transfer Authorization for Registered Investments forms signed by you; and
(f) Other purposes consistent with applicable privacy law.

5. Retention of Personal Information

Personal Information is retained only for so long as is necessary for the purposes set out above. When no longer required, we will destroy, erase or de-personalize your personal information. Legal requirements, for example Revenue Canada requirements, may necessitate our retention of your personal information for a designated period of time.

To ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate, complete and up-to-date, we require you to provide us with updates regarding changes to such information and to inform us of any errors affecting the information we hold.
